You are right about metals. Metals refer to the banking industry. Banks will bottom only 2019 so stay away from these.
Earth refers to mining. As you can see the start of this Feng shui year mining recovered and will continue through next year but will be a big problem in 2018 when the earth element is absent.
Fire element which refers to energy will be strong the next two years. Very powerful sign whic reflects the bottom in oil early this year. Fire also refers to joy whic means the stock market will be great the next 2 years with the fire element being the wealth element of the monkey and rooster.
Water would be OK. This refers to the telecom industry
Wood will be ok referring to the healthcare industry.
