I agree. They certainly should have a look on the next door property as they have agreed to do and an increased IO resource would certainly translate into a higher share price as Redned stated IMO, as it would increase the upside.
But I fear long distance trucking might become uneconomical in the long term, so they should make hay while the sun shines and hopefully be open to using their cash to other mining opportunities also outside of IO.
I think there may be better metals to mine in the long term.
If they can get a great IO project with more sustainable costs, that would work as well of course.
