Still strange that SP is below incoming cash value for portion of the buisiness.
It is getting manipulated on low volume. Nothing more than throwing a worm out hoping to catch a fish.
Looks easy to get 200k plus shares at 26c. A nice near guaranteed 10-15% gain in a few months.
Robe River proposal is also indicative and non-binding.
Once it becomes binding (likely after the 20th of May annual meeting) I would expect the SP to be fixed at above 30c...
