It is obvious that the only way Fentiman can become Premier is by getting in bed with Dick. Dick hangs to the right and Fentiman hangs to the left. In QLD the left and right factions need to be happy to fully endorse a Premier. The Fentiman Dick hook up looks like a winner to me and more palatable to Queenslanders. Dick is straight down the line as treasurer and Fentiman looks good when she is partnered with Dick. It looks a natural team.
Miles and Dick could also work as Miles is hard left and Dick hard right. The one big problem in QLD is that being a conservative type state and God fearing is the Dick Miles match up. It does not look right Dick and Miles in bed together. This match would go down well in Central Brisbane area being very progressive but i'm not sure Miles partnering with Dick works in outback QLD.
