nup - court decision is more an issue for PLT than for FER seeing as it is only bad news.
And PLT has prevented itself from having the opportunity to back out based on that court decision as they have as a condition of their bid only certain rights in relation to NEW LITIGATION emerging, not existing litigation.
rexsh - it remains extremely interesting as to how this plays out. However, the situation is definitely unusual. No two ways about it.
