Yep, the writing was on the wall and reading the threads back then there were quite a few seeing it all slip away.
It's not clear however if incompetence was the only reason and as I said dealing with some African countries and China is never as it seems!! Interesting the developments since then with new companies popping up here and there trying to snag the fish while China just drifts along as it pleases...........................
