And they're not the only ones to have bought. It's simply that some folks' buying doesn't get reported.
And that tells me it's certainly not all doom and gloom from where these folks sit.

Jordan Cove - local community not supportive. FERC application REJECTED. Being appealed. Community is utterly opposed to this project.
Tellurian, Souki's latest project (24mtpa) recent pre-filed, but will take 2 yrs. 2020 production! Really?
Venture Global LNG recently raised $250m. Run by inv. bankers from DC, no experience. Highly speculative
Oregon LNG ceased operations (Ann 14/5). Website taken down.
Downeast LNG now for sale (19/5)

FERC NTP due within 90 days
Non-FTA approval imminently thereafter
and for good measure, a fixed price EPC contact valid until YE signed off by KBR.
