    I'm hoping given the delay in FERC approval from originally stated time frames, management have/are getting the BTA's finalized to the point of signing of the agreements immediately after FERC approval granted. Does anyone think we are starting to edge to the point of not being able to reach FID by mid 2015. I guess the tough thing with FERC is it's one of the parts of the process outside our control.
