Looks like last week's letter, has done the trick.

So with this issue dealt with, COE just needs to issue MLNG's 404/10 license (unless it already has ... by Thanksgiving ... the company was assured and mentioned at last week's AGM) ...

In which case, FERC NTP is imminent!
