Instead of acting like a know-it-all, why don't you address the question like someone else did?
Since your'e obviously a genius, I'm sure you can answer this very very simple question:
How can they proceed with the EPC contract without guaranteed customers for a project worth billions of dollars? Give us your genius risk management analysis after they get their NTP, without most of the offtake contracted to customers.
This is obviously not bad news and certainly not a BTA. I guess my simple mind doesn't understand that you don't need interest or customers to sell a product, you can just try and market it and hopefully you will get some after spending tons of money.
Hmmmmm.... simple.
