    I certainly wasn't suggesting that you are right or wrong, just exploring both sides of the thought process. If you are wrong then I certainly won't be caring to point out that fact once the CR is over. In the end having more cash than they expect they need only has the downside of the dilution they got that extra cash at vs what the SP may rise to. The upside is they might end up needing the cash and so having it vs having to raise more with hat in hand might be a good things, also the upside is they might look stronger in the view of many different parties, and finally the upside is they may feel they have more freedom to start to pursue, earlier than they otherwise might, opportunities to further unlock long term value. In the end it's all outside our control anyway so all we can hope for is that the company does what it thinks is best for shareholders and hope that what they think is best turns out to actually be best.
