Whilst a capital raising is a bit of a pain it doesn't change the big picture (notwithstanding the dilution factor).

Personally I think of it as a chance to get another batch, even though I am morally against averaging up.

I work in this industry and I smell a winner here. Projects of this nature always struggle to get to a certain size, once reached they are hard to stop.

Look at the FERC webiste and you see LNG is one of 13 'proposed' export terminals. There are a host of 'potentials' but only a select few 'proposed'.
