I grant your May 19, 2016 and November 15, 2016 request for Magnolia LNG, LLC (Magnolia LNG) to commence initial site preparation activities for the Magnolia LNG Project in Lake Charles, Louisiana. Your request is in compliance with Environmental Condition 7 of the Commission’s April 15, 2016 Order Granting Authorization (Order) in the above-referenced docket. This approval is based on FERC staff review of the information filed on May 19, July 20, August 23, September 27, October 11, December 9, and December 27, 2016; and January 26, March 7, and April 27, 2017. Based on review of the information filed above, staff has also determined your filings are consistent with Environmental Conditions 14a, 15, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, and 33 of the above-referenced Order.
