Also remember, last Wednesday LNG addressed the information requests FERC issued the prior week.

The only thing outstanding is that Sierra Club irritant and specifically FERC's order (13/6) granting rehearing for further consideration.

No better way to emphatically reject Sierra (as FERC has done on numerous other occasions) by issuing MLNG's NTP. And don't forget with Phillip Mollier (former FERC commissioner and LNG NED) we have first hand insights on their due process helping the cause.
