Like your optimism and insight Timbo. Hope NTP is granted over the next couple of weeks but not holding my breath because I know how notoriously slow councils/commissions are with pushing through approvals. Around Christmas time as well when businesses are winding down for the year also doesn't work in favour. But... if we see it in the first month or 2 of New Year, all is happy. Would there be any foreseeable reasons NTP could be blocked, other than issues with COE 404/10?
