FYI. Unfortunately the FERC project manager assigned to MLNG retired at YE, his successor is reviewing - no concerns raised.

Off-takers are unconcerned about NTP. Why?

Because FERC's Order and non-FTA were THE key gating items of interest to potential off-takers as has been said over and over.

Lastly, FERC's project manager can issue NTP. NO commissioners approval is required. Period. (Why? Because FEIS is a legal Order whilst NTP is procedural)

And as we have heard, it's all hands on deck. And they are.

So stop bagging management - who are world class and are focused on getting the job done.
