    Tim,
    You can of course understand holder concerns. Everyone is focused on getting those BTA's or B-SPA's done. Everyone is looking to see any potential gating items out of the way, and the unexplained delay in something that seems as simple as NTP raises questions.
    Obviously I realise you know this, just making these comments so we can all appreciate things from both sides better.
