The schedule communicates the schedule we've been getting told most recent but in more detail. And yes, if we had FERC already the schedule would show things happening earlier. None of this is new from what we've kept being updated of. You can't control FERC; such is life. We have one party relying on getting first gas at the start of 2019. They will be impacted if this schedule can't be met. More significant delays would seem to be required to effect others. Apart from that the only other issue with schedule slippage is it pushes bac cashflows slightly. Welcome to dealing with govt.
