Its quite possible that management is not certain about where we are at with the FERC process. The Trump administration seems to have made a chaotic start and at least on the surface seems to be fighting fires rather than conducting an orderly government. FERC itself seems to have suffered from political infighting.
Management will not and should not announce anything unless they are sure of where they stand.
