At last FERC has issued its Engineering Information Request and provided LNG with the usual 20 days to respond. It contains 103 queries, many of which looks pretty straightforward, but at least the team can respond.
I believe this is the penultimate IR and await confirmation from the company that this is so. Hopefully the other will follow quickly.
