    96-well Nunc maxisorb plates have failed me for a his-tagged antigen-down assay recently. I found that the experiment would only work with expensive His-tag binding plates ($40 per plate).

    I was mid-way through making up 30 plates, when I realised that this would be the perfect scenario for using M&G coated 96-well plates, as the glue has a strong binding preference for His-tagged molecules. Would make this experiment a little cheaper....

    Hopefully they hit the market some time this year :)
