i ve been reading up on plt but i can't find something
to give me that smile of relieve or believe in this merge.
the one thing that questions me the most is the cash possition of plt

also i m questioning the value of the new merge company
how many shares wil there be after the ssp...
this is al a bit new to me so if someone has some info on how these thing work, or don't work please let me(us if others are unsure) know
