rony - the numbers that have been bandied around in the press for legal costs should not be given too much weight.

First - FER has been paying its share of the costs along the way. Second - courts don't make the loser pay true costs of the other size. . . they use their own methodology. Shouldn't be more than $400k at a pure guess.
