Without being slanderous I can't say too much as to what the brokers told me.

But there was a story going around the pub that, the two partners who started this company are very much looking after their own interests and the more honourable of the two is no longer part of the group.

Basically it is not worth its market value (NTA $0.55 approx), with only 40 million shares on issue and 20 mil of them in escrow till 7th June this year. It would be very easy to hold the share price with the low volume.
