Will be interesting to see the market reaction when trading resumes sometime.

1) Healthy profit in what was a tough environment for a reasonable portion of its business (ie. building related particularly in NSW)

2) Reasonably sized acquisition in what, to me, appears to be a market that has been and will be an increasing focus in the future

Little information here as it's all in the announcements.
