If I had owned CDD, I'd be a seller right now ... their latest and biggest takeover wont achieve the synergies and cashflows claimed imo. Given the relative size of the transaction, I'd expect some fiscal heartburn within a couple of years. They could have bought smaller and smarter elsewhere in the industry and grown a better finished product to attack the infrastructure project market imo.
