iceman, it is indeed of interest that margin lenders don't want any more exposure.
However, I don't think this mean that the brokers know something other people dont about the company. They would just be concerned about their risk exposure due to the limited liqidity of the stock.
When margin lenders stop lending like this, it is an indication that they have recently been doing a bunch of lending on it, therefore reached their limit. Now the reason why this would be happening, is indeed sometimes interesting.
