You might just change your mind...
You might work out that the "main project" is actually a 50% JV with MXR... or maybe that MXR has a net worth less than their ERO holdings by themself..... or maybe that MXR have 4 company making projects.... or the fact Mark Creasy has just become a substancial holder of MXR....
