    200m shares on issue (800m odd shares free options due to come out of escrow very soon me thinks) 80% dilution - 19c shareprice mmmmm ? will see it trading at 4c in the next few months - this mob are a bigger dud than LUM is hahahahahah - i did trade QTM from 50c to 98c back on its quick and rapid run then subsequent self destruct - still hold a few hundred shares - worth squat (unmarketable) so i will hold rofl

    that said wouldnt touch this one with a 1000000 kilomter barge pole it stinks
