    Fat Profits stuffed up.

    1 - Big problems with their decline, resulting in delays and cash burn.( hence management change)

    2 - Gold grade got down graded 6 months before.

    3 - No decent new Gelogical strike with top notch new geo.

    4 - New CEO did not purchase any shares.

    5 - The straw that broke the horses back, was going to CBA to borrow 8 million, when they should have been earning heaps.
