I am fortunate enough to have held SLK that I purhcased at 1.78. It has been a fantastic ride since then.
Having taken up the full subscription in the 2.50 issue, the rise since then has been rather fast. At 4.00, I thought the p/e is starting to get a bit high so I sold a third of my holding. My thought is that at some stage the share price will be back at 3.50, at which point I will buy back in to increase the holding.
So it is frustrating from the point of having sold some to see the share price rocketing up whilst at the same time very good for the holding I still have.
What surprises me is the lack of posts here when a stock is flying like SLK. Does anyone have an opinion of what the next move will be? Is the Tasmania ferry the next purchase candidate?
