It's a tough one. I suspect Ferro are just pushing their luck and as Anteo say's "the truth will come out".
While the company probably wants to reassure shareholders via an ASX announcement they probably also don't want this case to be promoted while we are negotiating with collaborators (god I hope they are still negotiating! this silence on collaborators other than Trinseo and Wyon is deafening!)
