Well, legally discovery is the first process before going to court trial.
It allows the other party to request documents and go on a fishing expedition.
Of course they want a peak at the IP however they would be under NDA to do so.
If they can't make a case then ADO can ask for costs - legal etc
This would be around the 100k -200k mark.
US companies are very aggressive to bully and intimidate players to their will thru litigation.
Or they are trying to tie up ADO from dealing with their customers.
Until SFS has a case to go to trial then there is nothing to worry about.
