I checked the court orders. Ferrroglobe has to cough up $20k to pay anteo costs initially. anteo has to produce copies of their 'anode composition'and 'coated anode composition' patent applications. Next case management hearing 25 July.
Methinks Ferroglobe wants a piece of our pie which means maybe we've got some pie that hasn't been disclosed yet....
