looks to me like they're using their might to bully us into getting something they are not entitled too. I'm actually not too concerned about this.
Looks to me like a clear cut case but Ferro, as it's in their financial interest, will probably prolong this as long as they can.
From ADO's initial statement, they "will vigorously defend any such allegation":
