Well if you take a look at where FG site in the world with respect to silicon production it is 14%. That is a huge number for one company!! Silicon is also classed as a critical mineral in OZ and now the USA as of last week. Therefore I wonder why FG is pursuing ADO in court. If I was FG I would as well because you have nothing to loose and maybe something to gain at the negotiating table. Time will tell. FG is a full value chain company so anything tech that disrupts the value chain could seriously drop their profit margin. Remember ADO can use unrefined silicon. For me this court case is a positive validation of our tech. The question is do they have a case.... time will reveal all...
