And that's the bottom line for me...
Even if there is no risk (as Management may surmise) the silence on this issue is unacceptable.
We have learnt (not through the company) that we have a claim made against us, which we, as shareholders, should be made aware of BY THE COMPANY.
The no news is good new mantra can work (although I'm not a fan) for the machinations of company progress etc. It should not be considered for publicly available information, which could be a possible threat, which we can't assess. Surely this information, which the Company has to hand, needs to be communicated.
