The patents may hold up, but that does not guarantee ownership of the IP. Contributions to the development of the ideas by "others" which resulted in IP being submitted as a patent application and eventually resulting in a granted patent to ADO may well be claimed by those 3rd parties and become legally co-owned by ADO and other parties. If ferroglobe can prove they contributed to discussions on claimed IP ADO has a problem, and so do we
