    I wouldn't think so. Altech (not 2 guys on patio roof) developed its IP with exclusive use of Ferroglobe's Silicon, yes, however their IP is their own & independent from Ferroglobe's. Also timing wise, their MOU only launched in 2021, while Anteotech's MOU was from 2019. Ferroglobe has very strict silos in their R&D. Anteotech went through many hoops to access "proprietary" mixes.
