Patented protected platform technology. we have many patents granted and in the process of applying for being granted. our technology is securely protected
the 1st stage of the court proceedings was ferro applying to the court to see our patents

& anode composition
both were only in the 1st year of applying for the patent and were not able to be viewed. ferro signed NDA and selected people were able to view the new patents.
since then something quite interesting has happened, these are the patents we have lodged to the AusPat in the last 2 years
all have been allowed to be lapsed. Hmmmm
also one of the patents ferro signed the NDA to see has been abandoned in the WIPO
firstly, our tech is patented protected as Anteo has told us. lateral flow assay patent wouldn't have progressed no matter what.
secondly, if ferro is taking us to court for our IP, it could be difficult if all the ip they are looking at has lapsed or been abandoned. pretty interesting right !!!
lastly, I don't know what the tactic is but I'm very happy we have Ewen to guide us thru this.
ps. what are the chances of a glut of new patents being filed in April after the court case ???
