The question is how long are ASIC going to let ADO off on not abiding by the reporting rules
A announcement back in October where due to it being reported online they had to release an announcement admitting Ferroglobe had commenced a court action against them doesn't cover off their requirements
No wonder the ASX is full of cowboys ripping millions of shareholders
