At the heart of the dispute is the anode composition.
If the patent rights were to be transferred to FG, this would harm Anteo (until they have a new patent), but would not advance FG further, as they have no rights to manufacture or use AnteoX (formerly AnteoCoat), and thus the crucial gap could not be filled.
That would be my assessment.
