Regardless of the substance of Ferro's claims, I don't think the current court process is doing ADO any favours.
Any new investors are likely to to think twice about buying in, current holders might think about bailing out and any companies thinking about doing a deal with Anteo might wait until ownership of any contentious IP is resolved.
Any of the above will limit sp appreciation.
