As per previous court orders. Both parties today would have attended mediation.

Unless a resolution is agreed earlier or the case is dropped, there are now only about 5 weeks to go until end of scheduled hearings to find out the Judge decision on Anteotech's IP infringement court case. Not to long now for clarity. And then I guess there is a possibility of an appeal by either party. Drawing this out longer.
