This year, I certainly hope so. Just a little surprised by the announcement "practical completion". I know things drag out these days on construction but as far as I know the building (behind the office) was there and just needed some plumbing, power and stud walls etc. After all we are leasing it?? I did a visit to the site about 3 years ago just to see where ADO was.
