Mediation ongoing or settled but lawyers still drafting documents to be signed off (not sure either party will be satified with verbal agreements at this juncture)

Ferro does not want to finish what they started empty handed so pays the bond expecting it will be returned soon enough.

Hopefully will not be required.

As soon as these dark clouds of uncertainty are removed I expect many "pending" discussions to start being finalised.

And hopefully the marketing department can finally be let of the leash.
