Assume that's mirrored by FerrogBulb.
Court cost's + Experts' Opinions.
Lets give if a round $2M out of pocket if they lose.
Given their reported Net Profit Margin is 1.72% :- $116M [AUD] of covering turnover will square a loss in court.
OK OK They'll square it away as "operating costs". However, $2M is just a drop compared to value they see in the IP to bother pursuing it on court - particularly since they could have rolled the MOU into a JV.
Just my thinks in ink. maybe a corporate accountant could walk us through it?
