Regarding the Patents Ferro are disputing which if on the unlikely occurrence they win the case they are granted Co-ownership - then what?
No Anteo X which is really a bummer for them.
They get access to the Patent I assume there's a lot more inhouse expertise to setup the Anode our way anyway etc.
Should the Coy elaborate worst case scenario ie if they lose the case what do Ferro actually get are the patents outdated etc etc
I'm no patent expert but it seems a lot is hidden at the moment.
