I used to have a shareholding in Hugall and Hoile, about 20%, before they listed. I sold out in I think 1995 when JF had just taken over, part of the sale agreement was to get a % of the previous years profit, at that time I think it was around $400 net profit. When they did not pay the amount I took them to court and JF who was the CFO even back then just lied in front of the court (pre-trial) and they accepted his word against ours, to take it further would have cost more than I would have recovered.

What I'm saying is this guy has been dishonest from day 1, and karma has caught up with him
