    This isn't new to us Ewl. We all know that this will eventually fly.

    It's no bubble though. A bubble suggests that the fundamentals aren't that strong however an over inflated industry/sector due to speculation.

    The fundamentals in this sector are rock solid therefore price increases will be justifiably maintained which is very different to a bubble.
